Biographical Summary
Mr. Joe L. Hinojosa is the President & CEO of Natural Gas Trading Corporation and brings more than 30 years of working experience in the energy industry. Mr. Hinojosa has held various management positions with major corporations in contract administration, volume administration, gas supply, gas sales and as a natural gas trader. His vast experience in the energy sector allows him to draft and implement strategic plans that are practicable and profitable for his organization. Mr. Hinojosa matured in the energy sector with the core principles of honesty, integrity, fairness and hard work. Mr. Hinojosa is a successful entrepreneur in the natural gas industry and respected and admired by his colleagues and contemporaries.
Under the leadership of Mr. Hinojosa and his determination to succeed, Natural Gas Trading Corporation achieved recognition from Reliant Energy HL&P and received an Outstanding MBE Supplier Award for superior service in calendar year 2000. Mr. Hinojosa attributes some of his success in that he seeks the “win-win” approach in every business transaction and this quality lends itself to the establishment of long-term business relationships and strategic alliances.
Mr. Hinojosa served as a Sergeant in the United States Army and was on the board of directors for The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Houston.
Mr. Hinojosa holds a B.S. in Business Technology from the University of Houston and AA in Engineering Technology from Del Mar College.
Mr. Steven H. Randall is Vice President Marketing with Natural Gas Trading Corporation bringing more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Mr. Randall has held various marketing positions with companies such as Meridian Oil, NORAM Energy Marketing, and Aquila Energy Marketing and most recently with Occidental Energy Marketing. His experience includes both domestic and international energy sales, pipeline transportation and storage management, and multi-commodity structured products.
Mr. Randall serves on the board of directors for Energy2Cure, a non-profit organization dedicated to the cure of Leukemia and Lymphoma
Mr. Randall holds a B.A. in Geology from Franklin and Marshall College and a MBA from The University of St. Thomas.
